An active sender is someone who can create and send documents for signature. Signers and viewers are free.
Are signers free?
Yes. People who receive and sign documents do not need a paid seat.
Are viewers free?
Yes. Viewers can access permitted documents without becoming paid active senders.
What counts as a completed document?
A completed document is a document that finishes the signing workflow. We use completed documents as the allowance unit because it is easier to understand than envelope-based pricing.
Do failed or abandoned documents count?
No. The pricing model is based on completed documents, not failed or abandoned workflows.
Is security included?
Yes. Paid plans include full audit trails, certificates of completion, tamper-evident records, encryption and 2FA.
Do you offer enterprise security?
Yes. Enterprise includes SSO via OIDC (SAML on roadmap), SCIM, role-based access, legal hold, SIEM export, security reporting and enterprise support.
Can we migrate from another e-signature platform?
Yes. Enterprise customers can access migration support, template recreation and onboarding assistance.
